Chances are you’ve already seen posts, articles or links to tips explaining how you can avoid holiday weight gain. Sigh. Yes, many people gain weight over the holidays, but my frustration is the focus on weight being the barometer of good health. A healthy weight is one measurement of good health, but only one. There are so many other ways we need to take care of ourselves, especially during the crush of the holidays.
